Paul is a highly experienced international strategist in the sustainable agrifood sector. Currently, he is US Market Lead at Klim, a pioneering player in scalable nature-based and regenerative agriculture solutions.Paul has advised and worked with global startups, corporates, policymakers, and for-impact organizations on strategy and high-leverage transformation levers, with most of his experience in the agrifood industry. His work often focuses on commercial strategy, go-to-market strategy, venture incubation, and program operations. He has been working on business sustainability projects for over a decade and was selected as a BNY Mellon Corporate Social Responsibility Fellow during his MBA.Before his current work, Paul had a successful tenure as strategy consulting director at a top management consultancy, where he was focused on strategy and performance improvement within the food and agriculture sector. Between these experiences, Paul took over a year to explore the far corners of the globe to live nomadic experiences and to lead freelance sustainability projects. Outside of work, Paul enjoys reading, baking, biking, rooting on his Wisconsin sports teams, and living distinct cultural experiences. He completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of Pittsburgh. Paul is from Milwaukee, Wisconsin (USA) and currently splits his time between Chicago, New York, and Berlin, Germany.
