Completed assignment is consulting with a large consumer products company in the area of contract manufacturing and product change.Worked for small company specializing in DNA/RNA purification materials and chemicals. Project management for new instrument build that automates the purification process.Completed an assignment with Minntech Corporation moving over 200 components from European sourcing to the USA. Sourced, worked on specifications for and collaborated on the initial procurement of materials for a chemical manufacturing process brought to the USA from Europe. Project completed in nine months.Presently living in Lynchburg VA. Willing to travel for work assignmentsCurrently seeking contract or short term assignments in the area of supply chain managment and procurement.Specialties: Managing purchasing, materials, contract manufacturing and supply chain activities.    Jun 2012 — Present

   Work with Piedmont volunteers in the Blue Ridge Mountain Council BSA. Have worked in Scouting for well over 40 years and enjoy working with both adult volunteers and Scouts. Have worked with Boy Scout Troop 1, St. Marks Catholic Church, St. Paul MN. Boy Scout Troop 1 is the oldest Catholic Boy Scout Troop in the USA as certified by the National Council, BSA. Have also worked with Boy Scout Troop 626 at St. Odilia\'s in Shorview MN. Work with the Adult leaders to present the Catholic Emblems program to Scouts. Leader for the National Jamboree Wood Carving Merit Badge Booth on the Merit Bade Midway in 2005 and at the 100th Birthday Jamboree in 2010. Manage over 30 volunteers during the 10 day Jamboree presenting the merit badge to over 1200 Scouts and around 150 leaders. Written up in Woodcarving Illustrated. Conducted program 2005 with no serious injuries.
