I am a trial lawyer and for more than 30 years, I have been handling and trying complex business disputes. I have been involved in commercial and contractual disputes, as well as banking and real estate cases, where I have represented a variety of commercial clients including corporations, insurance companies, savings banks, commercial and national banks, mortgage companies, limited liability companies and partnerships. Some of the corporate disputes I have handled involved purchase and sale issues, ‘claw-back’ provisions, as well as standard contractual disputes including seeking collection of amounts due and owing under various commercial contracts. This focus has forced me to understand how to resolve complex business disputes in a manner which keeps the value of the contract intact, and has allowed me to work with a Fortune 100 Company on cases filed around the country and internationally for this client. As a result of this experience, I now assist companies in developing and implementing revenue management systems designed to optimize the company’s bottom-line revenue. I assist C-Suite executives in evaluating and integrating previously siloed functions to enhance the overall profitability of the company. I am also committed to our community and giving back of my time and expertise. I work with charitable organizations, including United Way and Seedco as well as other non-profits such as the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association. My expertise with these companies has focused on strategic alignment of mission and resources.
