Supports the work of YMCA of Southwest Florida by serving the northern region of our service area which includes Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota City and Palmer Ranch Branches in four locations, as well as youth and outreach programs in the surrounding community. In partnership with the Branch Executive Director, advances the development of diverse BranchCommunity Boards that actively support the Y’s goals and strategic plans. Drives the financial development activities of assigned branches and core programming area(s).Represents and promotes the YMCA in the local community and develops and expands relationships withother organizations, businesses, and governmental entities by identifying, modeling, and expanding collaborative relationships with community agencies in assigned service delivery areas.Supports branch leadership with the selection, training, and development of a highly effective branchteam. Monitors assigned branch operating budgets to ensure alignment to meet or exceed budget targets. Ensures the branch\'s strategic planning efforts are aligned with association goals and implements the annual operating plan for the region.
