Manage the Client Experience of the Marketing & Product Development Group within the Retirement Services Division, a division that provides retirement plan trust, custody, sales, trading, and technical services to TPA’s, Record-keepers, and Registered Investment Advisors through the Business Trust Division of Charles Schwab Bank, Charles Schwab & Co, Inc. and Schwab Retirement Technologies. • Deliver competitive products and services to targeted intermediaries to increase sales and assets under management• Manage and enhance existing products for RBS to maintain competitive position, increase market share, and ensure compliance with regulatory agency standards• Provide internal support and expertise on RBS and industry initiatives to align our systems, products, collateral, and offerings align with the changing needs of the retirement plan marketplace and meet & exceed the regulatory standards of our industry• Conduct analysis and reviews of products, performance, competitive positions, and operational procedures to streamline efficiency and enhance the client experience• Manage Internal Relationships company-wide to collaborate and achieve best practices and streamlined processes across the organization as well as foster external vendor relationships
