   Paul helps wealthy families, entrepreneurs and business executives with little time to worry about their daily financial affairs set specific financial goals and guides them in accomplishing those objectives. Focusing on families who are near or seeking a liquidity event, he coordinates with their trusted advisors and also partners with subject matter experts to provide strategies tailored to their unique needs. Those needs often include: generating post-liquidity event income, philanthropic gifting and family legacy planning. He received his bachelor\'s degree in Communication from the University of Arizona and his Master of Business Administration from the University of San Diego, with a concentration in investments and international business. Prior to building his wealth management practice, Paul served 7 years on active duty as a Marine Officer with multiple deployments to Afghanistan and throughout the Asia Pacific. With a passion for giving back to veterans, he previously served as President of the University of San Diego Alumni Veteran Network and is a trustee for the Mount Soledad Memorial Association. When not in the office, he loves to surf and hike Torrey Pines. He resides in La Jolla with his wife, Trisha.
