About Paul Nemschoff
As a senior business executive, owner and lifelong entrepreneur, I have succeeded at organizations ranging from startups to Global 50 businesses – both public and privately owned.I currently serve as the corporate officer at Haworth responsible for global strategy, marketing, digital transformation and product business units. I partner with other senior leaders to set long-term strategies, facilitate alignment and drive execution. With global marketing, I orient Haworth to be a customer-focused organization through workspace knowledge, digital activation, sales enablement, networked events and design integrity. Haworth’s product business units are the key revenue generating areas of the organization that partner with manufacturing, sourcing, engineering and design to meet customer and organizational needs. Our recent successes include an updated brand platform, introducing new products, enhanced digital marketing, B2C eCommerce launch and a successful return to office strategy for Haworth and our customers.With keen awareness of markets, I quickly ascertain customer needs and translate to opportunity. My expertise is developing forward-looking strategies and leadership teams that maximize opportunity and company differentiation. I have a strong record of developing high performing teams that work collaboratively and with creativity, enthusiasm and accountability.Prior to joining Haworth, I successfully led Nemschoff, a legacy healthcare furniture manufacturer and family-owned business. This included annualized growth of +15 percent and recognition as the leading healthcare brand in the industry. I provided strategic guidance on its successful sale, led the subsequent integration and ultimately held the position of Vice President of Seating at Herman Miller. Throughout my career, I have contributed as a consultant and c-suite mentor, offering my talents to venture capital and private equity. Currently, I sit on multiple corporate boards.My passion for performance extends outside of the office. I am a world champion offshore powerboat racer and have completed more than 25 triathlons, including Ironman Arizona and the Ironman 70.3 World Championships. In my free time, you can find me enjoying my family while golfing, skiing, traveling and laughing.
