I am an experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven background as a MEP manager, so am able to fully lead construction schemes whilst providing robust technical support.I have completed refurbishment, shell and core/Cat A to Cat B projects in unoccupied and occupied live buildings for clients across a number of business sectors including financial, legal, science, developer and media with values ranging from £700k to £50 million.I adopt a fully collaborative approach on all my projects throughout the whole project lifecycle, working closely with the client, design team and specialist sub-contractors to manage and develop the construction processes. All of my projects are delivered with a number of personal values that I apply through the whole process. This generates a positive \"can do\" environment on site which inspires confidence and trust within my own site team and the wider client/design team ensuring a delivery that can exceed the client\'s expectations.
