ABOUT PAUL MYERSCOUGH

I am a CEO, NE Chairman, Coach and Transformation Leader, with extensive experience leading complex change within industrial, engineering & technical product companies. I help organisations and their leaders deliver growth, reduce costs and increase profitability. Both people focused and analytical, strategic, yet hands-on where needed, I have commercial, operational and technical expertise, with which I\'ve helped transform both SME’s, as well large international companies, from early-stage to £500m turnover. This includes acquisition integration and site relocation. I translate strategic vision and goals into plans that align people and build better companies, with results such as- Developing a transformation plan, which took the company from a £4m loss to £5m profit- Increasing sales in an industrial product company by 43% and trebling profitability in two years- Improving productivity by 35% in four years, in a 500 employee company- Integrating multiple acquisitions into large groups- Introducing new product project management processes, resulting in £7m of additional sales. As well leading, I also enjoy supporting others to improve performance and achieve goals, including coaching, mentoring and advisory roles. Market experience includes Defence, Nuclear, Automotive, Aerospace, Water, Rail, Power, Petrochemical, Medical equipment and Industrial technology products, across distribution and OEM\'s.
