ABOUT PAUL RANDLE

I build the bridge between sustainability ambition and commercial reality — helping organisations move from commitments to execution, at pace, without losing credibility. My work sits at the intersection of marketing, governance, capability-building and adoption: turning complex sustainability priorities into programmes teams can run and customers can use.Current: Sustainable Marketing & Capability Lead at Boston Scientific. I’m also Head Tutor for Sustainable Marketing at the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL), and co-founder of the Sustainable Marketing Compass — a practical framework adopted by organisations including E.ON, AXA and Diageo, and embedded into CIM/IPA/CISL learning ecosystems.I co-authored Sustainable Marketing: The Industry’s Role in a Sustainable Future (Kogan Page, 2023), winner of the AMA Foundation Leonard L. Berry Marketing Book Award (2024) and shortlisted for the Business Book Awards (2024).I’m most useful where credibility matters and stakeholders are many: claims and substantiation governance, cross-functional mobilisation (commercial, legal, supply chain, comms), and building the operating model that turns intent into consistent action. Open to senior in-house roles, consulting/partner opportunities, and mission-led organisations where evidence-led communications and coalition-building drive real-world adoption.
