Hi - I\'m Paul Mostowyj. Its pronounced most-o-vee, but you can call me Paul.I\'m a manager and coach, serving the people around me - colleagues, clients and customers. I\'ve been putting people first and supporting others for over 20 years, including 10 years in management and leadership roles.I\'ve built a reputation as a problem solver, finding success through business analysis and process improvement projects. These have ranged from a claims reserve project that released over £20 million back to the business, to building a new product with a revenue pipeline in excess of £15 million.At the heart of it all I\'m a family-man wanting to take care of the people close to me.
