Designed and deployed an LLM-based chatbot to query 1200+ pages of Confluence-hosted functional specs using natural language. Built with GPT-4o, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Langfuse on a RAG architecture. Managed the full pipeline: embedding, chunking, indexing. Later migrated to a modular FastAPI–PostgreSQL–React stack and integrated LangGraph for Agentic RAG. Deployed on Azure Web Apps within Azure Cloud. Result: boosted team productivity by enabling fast and accurate access to technical documentation- Developed a Streamlit application to extract, classify, and analyze Incident Records (IRs) from Win@Proach using LLMs. Integrated with Power BI to enhance operational reporting and backlog monitoring.
