I am a focused leader specializing in safe and continuous working environments by adhering to the best fleet management practices while using the 5S Lean principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine (Clean), Standardize, and Sustain) to improve processes and to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workplace. I posses and have demonstrated a strong working knowledge of both private and municipal fleet operations using fleet industry standards in the disciplines of Maintenance Management, Asset Management, Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance. I also have experience managing an annual budget of $5 million dollars and multiple shifts of 30 technicians. I am competent with Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Power BI and Quick Base. I also have experience with SAP Plant Maintenance, Samsara, B2W, and Platform Science. Additional I am a retired military veteran with 23 years of service at the rank of First Sergeant E-8 with the California Army National Guard. In this capacity, I played an integral role in Operation Enduring Freedom Guantanamo Bay.
