   Nov 2012 — Present

   Currently Sr. Mate attached to the Critical Operations Assurance (COA) Team, monitoring and supporting critical marine drilling operations in order to maintain core standards of integrity across the Transocean fleet.Former Chief Mate aboard the Shell-contracted DP3 drillships: DEEPWATER POSEIDON and DEEPWATER THALASSA in the US Gulf and Colombia. DPO and fill-in Chief Mate on the DEEPWATER POSEIDON and DEEPWATER PONTUS.Before 2018, worked as 2nd Mate / DPO aboard the PETROBRAS during her transition from Colombia to the US and on two DP2 drilling vessels: the GSF DEVELOPMENT DRILLER II (US GoM & Black Sea) and DISCOVERER LUANDA (offshore Angola.) Worked under the auspices of BP North America, drilling in the US Gulf, and later supported the trans-Atlantic voyage and shipyard periods in Italy and Romania, preparing the unit for Black Sea operations with Lukoil. Throughout my career, I\'ve consistently emphasized efficiency, safety, inter/tra-departmental collaboration, and effective personnel management.
