I am a Partner in the Planning and Infrastructure Consenting team at Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP.I advise on planning application and appeal strategies, legal challenges, planning enforcement matters, Community Infrastructure Levy issues, and Environmental Impact Assessments. I also draft and negotiate complex S106 obligations, infrastructure agreements and highway agreements.I primarily act for a wide range of clients including commercial developers, higher and further education institutions, national house builders, renewable energy developers and local authorities.I am able to work alongside clients to shape the strategy for bringing forward development schemes and advise on the legal and technical aspects of the consenting process.
