UKI People advisory Services Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) Responsible for the daily operation and enablement of a $200m Professional Services business within UKI, plus the delivery of operating model transformation. Reporting directly to the UKI Lead for EY People Advisory Services. As CIO, responsible for building an in-house \'innovation\' capability tasked with driving new technology-based solutions, automation, and asset builds from ideation to productization. Associate Partner - Workforce Advisory Consultant Responsible for helping C suite clients solve their most complex transformation challenges. Bringing to bear the best and brightest within EY to create solutions that increase the agility of clients operating models and positively impact the top line. Working with FTSE 100/250 clients with a focus on designing the transformation architecture needed to bring to bear automation, robotics, offshoring and outsourcing - to designing and delivering talent development, workforce analytics, planning and agility models, and people strategy.
