ABOUT PAUL MAYNARD

I am an experienced senior retail & sales professional with a passion for Film and TV and a demonstrated history across a diverse range of roles in the UK & ROI entertainment industry.With over 15 years of experience in the Home Entertainment industry I have worked for Major Film and Television Studios as well as roles across Grocery, Digital, Non-Traditional and online retailers. This experience in a wide variety of roles including partner management, trade and promotional planning, category management and demand planning, has helped to give me a broad range of experience and a holistic view of the retail & sales sector.I have worked in a variety of business models including several Global Film Studios, digital start-ups, FMCG retailers, and streaming platforms and love the differences which each of these roles and companies have brought to my personal & career development.First and foremost, I define myself as a devoted family man with two young children but when it comes to work, I am an analytical and strategically-minded person who is at his most content when getting stuck into challenging projects either as part of a team or as an individual. I pride myself on my attention to detail and enjoy being able to talk passionately about the Film and TV product that I love and exciting ideas with my peers, partners and retailers alike. I thrive on the challenge of engaging others and then successfully creating and executing projects to help maximize revenue opportunities.I am highly skilled in strategic and financial planning, analysis, presenting, retail, sales, team management, stakeholder management and account management.
