As a Partner within RSM’s Tax Disputes team, I specialise in managing HMRC investigations and disputes, and supporting clients in managing their risk in the context of the Corporate Criminal Offence.The management of investigations and disputes can often be reactive, in response to a formal investigation from HMRC for example. However, it can be proactive in the context of managing voluntary disclosures in respect of historical discrepancies or applying for protection from criminal prosecution via the Contractual Disclosure Facility where tax evasion is in point.As a specialist in managing interactions with HMRC, I am able to represent a wide range of clients; individuals, partnerships and corporates (however large or small).We have a diverse portfolio of services in respect of the Corporate Criminal Offence, and I lead RSM\'s offering in that respect.
