Paul has extensive experience, gained over 30 years, in Biometrics across all therapeutic areas, development phases, major Pharma, leading CROs and technologies. He has successfully led global data management teams to deliver programs from Phase 1 to submission, global Biometrics projects to submission/approval and most recently growing CDS PM (was BPM) group in UK & Japan and most recently US. This group of CDS PMs, lead project delivery (operational & financial) for global CDS (Biometrics, Investigator site contracts & payments etc) projects from single service to significant & complex HA submissions (ISS/ISE, CDISC Standardization). These projects range from traditional standalone, part of wider FSO programs and leading dynamic FSP solutions.
