An IT leader who leverages metrics to help guide change management and continuous improvement. I particularly enjoy mentoring Lean-Agile development teams to become successful, self-organized and happy.My experience covers many lifecycle approaches such as Waterfall, XP, RUP, Scrum and SAFe. I also applied the concepts of DAD, Nexus, Kanban, DevOps, TDD and continuous integration and deployment to achieve high levels of quality, efficiency and stability. Knowing how to adjust these concepts for each situation assures the delivery of value to the customer.Alongside these transformation projects, I led the implementation of CMMI ML 3 practices to stabilize processes and ensure continuous improvement.In my free time, I mentor colleagues and introduce children to STEM activities in their classes at school.
