An experienced, Prince II qualified HR professional, with extensive experience in HR project management and HR business analysis. Delivering high quality, value add projects on a regional and global scale within Financial Services, FinTech and Professional Service organisations. Excellent HR ‘all-rounder’ with a comprehensive working knowledge and understanding of HR systems and processes having led or participated in numerous system upgrades, full system implementations, end to end project lifecycles, large scale transformation programmes, ESS and MSS rollouts (incl. RFI, RFP, UAT, data cleanse, data migrations, process mapping, creation of supporting documentation, training and mentoring of end users). Ability to influence, simplify and translate HR processes at all levels and across all geographies. Specialist in HCM systems, Position and Organisational Management. A personable and passionate individual who has the drive to succeed in commitments undertaken. Once a world class international gymnast who had represented Great Britain for 15 years (World ranking # 6) I was honoured to take the role of GB team captain for a number of years whilst competing and was a role model for future gymnast across the world. Also a key member of the GB coaching team, mentoring junior and senior GB gymnasts alike. Since retiring from my sport, I have transferred my determination, dedication and drive from my time as an international athlete, into my work ethic to succeed at goals.
