ABOUT PAUL KLINK

Klink is a veteran industry leader, with over 39 years of CRE experience. His well rounded and versatile background in the industry has allowed him the ability to be flexible and creative, problem solve and uncover the diamond in the rough opportunities. With extensive experience in corporate real estate, brokerage, redevelopment, asset and property management, with roots in Office Industrial, Retail, Multi family, and repositioning assets. Klink comes from Cushman & Wakefield, Klink’s previous role was as Executive Managing Director of Investor Services, where he acted for the firm’s most important institutional investor clients, serving as a single point of contact for the company’s real estate investor service clients, including property management, leasing and capital markets. Klink\'s experience with land entitlement, re zoning of key properties takes him back to his early years of ground up development, re development of key properties. He is keenly focused on covered land strategies for his close knit group of clients that rely upon his experience within local municipalities. He is known for his creative problem-solving skills, his ability to think like an owner on behalf of his clients, his deep knowledge of all facets of the commercial real estate industry and his corporate leadership skills. Klink prides himself in maintaining key relationships in the industry that has continued to help many of his clients be successful within their respective trades.Klink is a proficient pilot with specific ratings, an avid golfer and was a swimmer in college.
