   As WorldStrides Executive Creative Director (ECD), I lead our hard-working in-house creative team, driving marketing campaign asset creation across multiple lines of business and expanding awareness of the master brand. I am responsible for directing the strategy, development, and production of creative assets across the consumer journey. My role partners closely with product marketing and channel lead to understanding business goals and consumer needs. The position is accountable for the enterprise\'s creative strategy to deliver results for the WorldStrides brand.\\\\n\\\\n• Sets the vision and standards for what on-brand, effective creative means and looks like at WorldStrides. Establishes and owns the execution of brand standards across all assets.\\\\n• Evaluates the marketing needs and advise on strategic, effective creative solutions to achieve business outcomes.\\\\n• Drive global \"One WorldStrides\" brand positioning, partnering with external agencies, independent contractors, and internal partners.\\\\n• Encourages and elevates the growing creative team and their work; builds the best possible creative environment and leads by example.\\\\n• Directs activities for the professional development of team members.\\\\n• Manages external resources, such as photographers, printers, freelancers, web developers, etc, and coordinates them with the work of in-house designers, copywriters, and other post-production workers.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
