Paul and his team have worked with over 150 clients in 2023, helping them to optimize their CRM, website, fundraising, communications, finance, membership, and internal processes. Paul\'s mission is to enable his clients to better serve and engage their constituents, grow their donor/member/volunteer base, and run their organizations more effectively. He has a proven track record of leading successful technology strategy, software selection, design, business analytics, marketing, and implementation projects across the U.S. Prior to founding BackOffice Thinking in 2006, Paul was the COO and CFO and a principal at Fusion Technologies, a fast-growing technology consulting firm that he led the sale of in 2006. Paul holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a bachelor\'s degree in Chemical Engineering from RPI.

We create tight and lasting partnerships with our clients to transform their back office, website, fundraising, communications, finance, membership, and internal business processes. We understand the challenges non-profits face and help them to more effectively utilize technology to better serve and engage their constituents.We work across many areas, but a particular focus for BackOffice is conservation. We work with dozens of land trusts, botanical gardens, and other conservation-minded organizations. We are the creators of LOCATE the premier application for land conservation.
