I’ve built high-performing instructor teams, launched flagship clubs, created signature class formats, and delivered education to thousands of fitness professionals. I believe group fitness doesn’t just fill rooms…it builds communities, transforms cultures, and changes lives.I’ve led programming and instructor development for premier fitness brands including Crunch, Equinox, and Beachbody LIVE, where I helped elevate coaching standards and scale programming experiences nationwide. As part of the team that built BODi, the award winning streaming fitness platform, I produced 1,500+ LIVE and on-demand workouts in 2023 and collaborated with world-class trainers to deliver high-quality, science-backed movement experiences to millions.My career expands beyond the studio as well. As an Executive Creative Director, I’ve shaped content, experiences, and brand storytelling strategies that reach global audiences and inspire action. Through PK Speaks, I help leaders and organizations find the courage to take a stand in their work, their stories, and their impact.What drives me forward is simple:Empower instructors.
