I have been leading training and development initiatives for over two decades, applying my talent development, process improvement, HRIS, and E-learning expertise to various industries and sectors. As the Senior Manager of Training and Development at WCG, I work closely with senior leaders to assess and address the learning needs of our employees and clients and to align our training programs with our strategic goals and vision.In that role, I have achieved significant results, such as reducing hundreds of weeks of training backlog to zero, increasing the number of graduates by 150%, and creating E-learning assets and LMS systems that enhance the learning experience and outcomes. I am also passionate about supporting our learners\' personal and professional growth and providing coaching, counseling, and mentoring services. I hold an MBA focused on Human Resources and Learning and Development, and I am certified in Cybersecurity, Collaboration, and Getting Things Done.
