With strong and successful exposure to the full range of portfolio, program and project management processes across both the Business and Information Technology functions, I have been responsible and accountable for: • Complex Program and Portfolio scoping, design and resourcing; • Project requirements definition and scoping, through tools such as JRD, WBS and chartering; • Team building and resource planning/levelling across programs and projects; • Risk identification and evaluation, logging, review and escalation management; • End-to-End issue and defect management, including development of the issue management process; • Management of both the project and the product/service Quality Management process, including defect triage and escalation processes; • Overall control of the deployment processes at both the Business and Information Systems levels, with detailed deployment planning and execution; • Identification, development and implementation of Change Management requirements, including organizational as well as client/customer focused functions; • Development and management of the program, project, business and IS communications functions, and facilitation of the communications operations throughout the project life cycle. I have significant exposure across a wide range of business sectors, including insurance (Life, Health, Credit); banking (big data management, AI machine learning, acquisitions and mergers, transaction processing, credit cards); human resources (HCMS/HRIS), retail; supply chain (logistics, warehousing and distribution); e-commerce (SEO and digital internet publishing; and education.
