As a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), it has been a privilege to work with auditors globally and assist in enhancing fraud detection capabilities and, in some cases, providing training to enable a particularly effective audit response to frauds encountered during financial statement audits. My personal, on-site efforts in working with frauds as special engagements as a Regional Manager and as an Assistant Director have also been blessed with particular effectiveness in achieving results. My service as Assistant Director began in Moscow, Russia, and I moved to the headquarters offices in Silver Spring, Maryland, during the third quarter of 2006.
