I’m a senior banking leader with more than 20 years of experience translating strategy into execution at scale. I recently completed my MBA at McMaster University’s DeGroote School of Business, which sharpened my approach to leadership, organizational design, and enterprise change.I currently serve as Senior Director, Advisor Enablement & Integration at RBC Royal Bank, where I lead a national team responsible for the tools, insights, and coaching models that support advisor performance across the country. My role sits at the intersection of strategy, enablement, and execution, ensuring national priorities translate into meaningful, day-to-day impact in the field.My work focuses on modernizing performance insights, embedding learning into the flow of work, and partnering closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and sustained behavior change.
