Key Responsibilities: A Programme Leader within the Change function, overseeing a team (direct and matrix) supporting the delivery of circa £20m of change initiatives focused primarily on business efficiency/transformation and customer journey improvement.Achievements: Led a diverse project team through a systems integration project to enable real-time workforce management for our front-line operations staff. Led the successful delivery of a Sponsor’s Journey Redesign project making use of existing data held by HMRC and automating the pull between HMRC and SLC systems to speed up application review time. Leading on the delivery of several projects with SLC strategic partners including, TCS, PWC, Eviden and CapGemini.
