I believe that putting the right person in the right job and coordinating multiple departments and levels is just as important as having the right product. I understand the manufacturing industry from the ground up, and am known as a “turnaround expert” who quickly translates corporate targets into tactical plans that enhance profit margins and cash flow, while better aligning resources for maximum efficiency. Over the years, I have been a Managing Partner in Manufacturing, an Operations and Supply Chain Executive, a Vice President of Production, but at the heart of all the titles, I have helped organizations achieve maximum productivity, quality, and revenue outcomes. I am at my best when I can analyze existing operations and help install highly-functional, streamlined technologies, applications, and systems. A snapshot of the impacts I have made: Improved inventory accuracy for a paper manufacturer from 60% to +95% in only one (1) year Reversed a >$100K loss for a freight delivery service to achieve >$300K profit Guided a corporation to regain competitive advantage and increased sales from $5M to $7M I had the opportunity to open and operate a kosher dairy restaurant.
