As a Solution Director for Rackspace, I am responsible for contributing towards three core areas of discipline, these include:Strategy - Creating and Defining the Strategic engagements with customer organisations looking at strategic and tactical planning, understanding technical capability, service offerings and supporting delivery of customer business goals.
