ABOUT PAULO SANTOS
I worked for 6 years as a Product Development Engineer at Amorim & Irmãos, S.A. company. There I was responsible for the development and industrial implementation of continuous and incremental improvement of product solutions. I was also an internal auditor of the industrial processes and Kaizen trainer. Besides that, I did the follow-up and orientation of projects and R&D with the University of Aveiro and I was responsible for the submission on the Portugal2020 platform for an Innovative project in the bleaching area. Now, I\'m working since 2017 for TMG Automotive, first as a Product Engineer and now as a Project Manager. As a Product Engineer, I promote continuous improvement of product quality, implementing improvement plans and assist the Project Managers for VW (Porsche, Audi, SKODA), Volvo, JLR in Product Development. I perform continuous searching for new products in the market. As a Project Manager, I lived in Germany Sindelfingen and worked as a Resident Engineer in Daimler AG from June 2018 to September 2019. There, I had the responsibility for the coordination of Development Projects (R&D) in PVC and TPU in the seating area at Daimler AG.
