My job at the library allows me to \"give back\" by helping members of our community by educating them on best practices using a PC as well as helping them to solve a wide range of computing tasks in a one-on-one setting. Background includes substantial technical writing and copy-writing experience for products and services in in software applications, semiconductors, intellectual property, programming languages (JAVA, Python), SaaS solutions, and computer hardware. Skilled at writing product documentation, help systems, installation guides, user manuals, release notes, training manuals, data sheets, technical brochures, training content, and technical proposals and contracts.
