ABOUT PAULINE TARDIEU TISSEYRE
My focus has always been on designing experiences that people remember. As Director of Destinations & Experiences at Orient Express, I shape the collection of shore experiences, making sure each one reflects our brand spirit while staying realistic and achievable. I work closely with local partners and my team to design and deliver moments that feel unique in every port we visit. Before Orient Express, I built my expertise in product development and international projects at Ponant, Uniworld and Club Med. Across all these roles, one thing never changed: keeping guests at the heart, staying pragmatic, and caring about the details that make the difference. What defines me- The ability to move easily from big picture to hands-on execution- A love for storytelling and product design that makes travel experiences memorable- A collaborative way of leading, that lifts the team and helps everyone give their best. And yes, I get just as much satisfaction from a clean budget file as I do from a perfectly designed itinerary.
