R&D project coordination• Contribution to grant applications projects• Planning, organizing and monitoring of experiments (timelines, resources, deliverables) with the lab manager (Project management software used: Click up)• Propose measures aiming at optimizing activities and/or shortening timelinesExperimental design, experiments & data analysis• Develop, implement, optimize protocols & methods, and contribute to the development of new models and assays• Perform/Supervise R&D studies and various biochemical/cell-based assays in due time within budget limit• Conduct in-vitro and ex-vivo studies related to CUTISS projectsTechnical skills: Cell culture, Cell recovery from skin explants (skin degreasing and processing), magnetic cell sorting, immunostaining, dosage.• Process/Analyse data and interpret results in relation to research projects• Product lab book recording, reports and synthetic presentationsCommunication • Present results and recommendations during internal meetings• Propose and prepare internal and external reports and communications in the therapeutic area of interest• Initiate Collaboration and negotiations with third parties and suppliers for the R&D laboratory• Synthesize and share scientific finding with CUTISS FRANCE stakeholders through presentations and short reports and also provide support to all CUTISS stakeholders• Initiate/Assist in the development and improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WI)Laboratory operational management• Perform general laboratory duties such as basic maintenance of equipment, preparing media/reagents and stock/wastes management• Comply with quality and regulatory guidelinesScientific watch & continuous improvement
