About Pauline Nelson
My high school’s motto, “Succeed to Serve”, continues to shape how I approach leadership. During my time at the University of Florida, I sought out opportunities to give back to the community through leadership and mentorship: I was involved in the Business Undergraduate Mentorship Program, supporting freshmen and sophomores navigate the college maze, and the Florida Leadership Academy, where I worked on a four-person team responsible for communicating with over 150 students through a weekly newsletter highlighting events across the business school, the university, and beyond.I’m currently a Service & Engagement Executive Team Lead at Target, where I focus on leading front-end teams, creating a welcoming guest experience, and developing team members to grow into their potential.
