Collaborate with Strategic Account Directors to understand customer requirements and present the best-fitting solutions.• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for potential customers.• Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine product offerings and enhance user experience.• Provide technical support during the integration of VusionGroup solution into customers ecosystem • Manage the implementation project from the lab until the industrialization of the solution, in collaboration with the Program Manager• Create and maintain technical documentation related to the Customers Projects • Work closely with Product Management and Engineering teams:o to relay customer needs and suggest product improvementso to support them during brand new products/features implementation• Train clients on new technologies and solutions to ensure successful adoption.• Technical expertise: as a senior position in the team, be a technical expert of VusionGroup solutions able to train the team on the new products and be involved into new comer onboarding
