In charge of a £2M P&L, delivering consultancy services to local government and SMEs to support the sustainability transition in the construction, FMCG and food industries- Developed and led the delivery of ReLondon’s commercial strategy from scratch: from defining key products & services and markets, to developing internal process and financial reporting mechanisms- Led the business development and sales activity of the team and radically shifted the funding model: multiplied by 7 the revenue in only 4 years and decreased by 85% the reliance on ReLondon’s core public funding- Developed several coalitions with industry leaders and NGOs to progress the circular economy in London: fashion, built environment, food- Developed ReLondon\'s influence in the UK and globally: with other major UK cities and regions (chairing a network of 30+ local authorities), with key global cities network and NGOs (Ellen Mac Arthur Foundation, Circular Cities Declaration), with senior officers of DESNZ and DEFRA.
