My practice focuses on resolving reputation, regulatory and litigation issues for consumer facing businesses. This spans all aspects of the product journey, from launch to advertising to post-market issues and litigation. As a commercial litigator, I specialise in group litigation and have been at the forefront of the key ‘class action’ litigations running in Scotland throughout development and launch of our jurisdiction’s new group action procedure. I also act in a wide range of general commercial disputes. Having trained and qualified in the commercial disputes team at Burness, I have worked on disputes in a variety of sectors, including automotive, pharmaceuticals, technology, food and drink and household goods, and enjoy working with clients across corporate Scotland and internationally.
