León León is a Mexico City based Boutique Design Studio that focuses on high-end, hand-crafted Furniture, Space Design and Art Production. Aside from our in-house developments, we create unique products and concepts for international partners, with an expertise in the Residential & Commercial industries. See below a timeline highlighting some of our achievements over the years-Sept 2013: León León is part of the Galerie Joseph’s curation to exhibit its first furniture collection at the Paris Design Week (FRANCE)-Sept 2014: First international furniture collaboration for the Hotel 1K’s front terrace,(FRANCE)-Nov 2014: First publication in an international print magazine – Conde Nast Living second issue (USA)-July 2015: First major international distribution agreement with The Citizenry (USA)-March 2016: León León is selected to feature its work at the Architectural Digest Design Show’s 2016 edition during NYC’s Design Week (USA)-July 2017: First major Interior Design project with the complete space design & furnishing of Hotel Don Bonito (MEXICO)-Feb 2018: León León integrates 1stdibs; a leading global marketplace for luxury goods (ONLINE)-2019: Expansion of our Interior Design activities with the opening of Hula Sayula Cocktail Bar among other residential & commercial developments (MEXICO & USA)-2020: Development and opening of La Rustica Mita Beach Club in Punta de Mita (MEXICO)-2021: León León’s BN01 chair is nominated by GQ magazine as one of the ‘Coolest 13 chairs on the planet’As a Founder and Creative Director of the company, I am leading the designing process and project management of all our in-house developments and collaborations.

ABOUT PAULINE DORNIC
A huge passion for visual arts and travel, which began during my childhood, has inevitably led me to being adventurous in expressing my creative skills over the years.In 2013, I co-founded León León, a Mexico City based design studio that spotlights high-end, hand-crafted furniture and Interior Design. As well as focusing on our ongoing in-house developments, we partner with a large range of international firms and help them to work on unique, custom-made projects; our forte being, but not limited to Residential and Commercial industries in Europe, USA and Latin America. Being Creative Director at León León has allowed me to expand my role and offer services within Creative Consulting & Conceptual Design on a free-lance basis.Whether it be a brand, an individual or a venue as a whole, I advise and help to guide visions to materialization through authentic, non-standardized design solutions.As you can see by my portfolio, my areas of expertise are Product & Space Design and Illustration, always infusing each of my working projects with singularity and a dash of summer poetry.My work is based between Paris and Mexico City but I am, of course, able to travel anywhere for the right project, aided by the capacity to speak three languages fluently - French Native, English & Spanish.I look forward to working with you.
