Manage end-to-end third-party resiliency testing across the globe, from critical vendor identification and define scope to resilience assessments and execution. Strengthen enterprise resiliency by enhancing vendor oversight, improving compliance with regulatory mandates, and ensuring continuity of critical business services in partnership with third parties. Recommend and design test strategies based on vendor criticality and risk profile (e.g, Application Failover, Recovery Management, Stress Testing, Infrastructure Failover), and coordinate with BU engagement managers to drive vendor participation; facilitate joint tabletop exercises for sub-custodians. Generate RAG Reports on Testing Oversight for Critical Third Party Vendors. Oversee attestation processes for vendors unwilling/unable to test, securing documented commitments and approvals to safeguard continuity in case of disruption. Represent Workstream 2 (Critical Vendor Testing) in leadership discussions with BU Managing Directors, presenting progress, bottlenecks, risk mitigations, and key achievements. Collaborate across Workstream 1 (Vendor Onboarding/Descoping) and Workstream 3 (Remediation & NCV tracking) to strengthen enterprise-wide vendor resiliency.
