ABOUT PAULINE DANIELS SARKIS

I believe in the power of connection—between people, products, and purpose. Throughout my career at Intel, I’ve brought this belief to life by shaping experiences that bridge engineering precision with business goals and audience engagement. Starting as an industrial engineer, I gained deep technical insight working on Intel’s earliest processors, before moving into project management, marketing, and ultimately global event leadership. Along the way, I led over 60 product launches, collaborated across factory floors and business units, shaped new processes, and executed multimillion-dollar campaigns that brought technologies like Intel® Centrino™ Mobile Technology to market. Today, I lead a team of event professionals and contribute to the strategy and execution of some of Intel’s high-profile global events, including COMPUTEX and Mobile World Congress, as well as numerous proprietary and internal events. I work across complex stakeholder ecosystems, guiding cross-functional teams and agency partners to ensure every program aligns with business goals, resonates with its audience, and drives measurable results. My key strengths include: Program leadership I thrive in fast-moving, high-pressure environments where priorities shift and programs evolve. From strategy and scheduling to on-the-ground execution and post-event analysis, I lead every stage of delivery with structure, agility, and attention to detail. I’m equally comfortable in the details as I am in the big picture, and I’ve built a reputation for translating complex requirements into plans that deliver. My background in industrial engineering gives me an edge in thinking analytically and optimizing processes at scale. Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and two daughters. I am passionate about humanitarian and charitable causes. I have a deep appreciation for culture, music, fashion and interior design. Recently, I renovated a heritage home, bringing creativity and attention to detail into a very different kind of project.
