Prior to YSJU I held academic posts at (what is now) Plymouth Marjon University (20••••14), teaching on the Geography and Outdoor Adventure Education degree programmes. From 20••••14 I was also the University’s Research Coordinator, a role that gave me experience of all aspects of research administration and management, developing institutional policy and monitoring progress against strategic objectives.
