I\'m a first generation Việt kiều with a passion for uplifting those around me.Over 10+ years of leadership experience with a deep focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion in the music and tech industries. I\'ve spent 15+ years building teams across some of the best-in-class brands, and have built communities for nearly a decade. I love a good strategy, brand precision, and robots whenever necessary. An interest in tech started with a PC in the 90\'s. At four, I used command line and at eight, I began learning code. Now, I obsess over the possibilities we have with technology and its ability to make the world a better place for everyone. I\'ve also been a writing, recording, and performing active musician for a few decades. From driving myself to makeshift venues as a teen to independently releasing records through the years, I empathize wholly with the artist and freelance audio creatives. I live for music publishing and educating creatives in everything from their first collaborations to building their business.

   The Digilogue is a diverse, BIPOC-led global music and tech community that programs educational conversations, provides career resources, and creates artist discovery content.• Oversee the health of projects and initiatives across Marketing, Brand Partnerships, Content, Design, Music Careers, and Programming, with a focus on creating foundations needed to prepare for funding• Develop processes and implement tools for new initiatives and overall team and audience scale, supporting a 90%+ increase in overall community engagement in 2022• Co-produced Digilogue Days in 2023, a 500+ attendee, 2-day event sponsored by CD Baby, The Orchard, Too Lost, Warner Music U, ONErpm, IndieFlow, UnitedMasters, Epidemic Sound, Symphonic Distribution, Tidal Rising, BandLab, and more. • Oversaw operational logistics for Digilogue Day in 2022, a 500+ attendee, 1-day event sponsored by brands like Vidya, The Orchard, Warner Music U, Universal Music Group, and more• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations• Manage and allocate budgets, resources, and maintain necessary documentation • Partner with Leadership to ensure consistency in team engagement, culture, quality of programs, and community engagement• Previously owned and developed small workshops and programs for VIP community members. This includes continuing to maintain positive and genuine relationships with The Digilogue’s community and music industry professionals
