About Paulina R.

As an Instructional Designer at Square, I applied my skills in elearning, Articulate 360, and Figma to create engaging and inclusive learning experiences for employees and customers. I collaborated with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and learners to design and develop courses, assessments, and multimedia content that aligned with the company\'s values and goals. I also leveraged my social networking skills to promote and deliver the learning solutions across various platforms and channels.In addition to my instructional design role, I was also a Global Leader for the Indigenous ERG at Square, where I advocated for the representation and empowerment of Indigenous communities within and outside the company. I organized and participated in events, initiatives, and partnerships that celebrated and supported Indigenous cultures, histories, and perspectives. I also used my passion and talent for music and event planning to spin tunes and orchestrate events as a DJ and owner of a small business. I have been a supporting DJ for several artists and have played at various venues and occasions. I have a deep knowledge of music and can mix and blend tracks seamlessly to create a great atmosphere and keep the dance floor packed.
