Receive from customer the NPI requirements by a forecaste that include the assemblies, quantities and dates when the customer require the shipment. Review customer requirements with the team to let know to the customer the plan by a Gantt chart with a timeline of each process. Coordinate the multidisciplinary team to let know our goal taking the customer request and times. Owner to drive all the team activities as Clear to Build, have customer PO, tooling’s and all the internal activities related to the product at the same time, until the shipment to be assure we complete the commit. Documented all the NPI process in APQP and MRR. Mange of different projects, customers and multidisciplinary teams at the same time.Main contact with the customer with English language calls,to let know the process, advantage and status in a Gantt of each product, present the plan and know if the customer is agree with the plan. Publish and present product reports and general Gantts and KPI’s to stakeholders and internal managers and with the customer.
