ABOUT PAULINA OBASI

Some of my biggest strengths are a human approach to humans, a natural curiosity and an ability to ask the right questions in an emotionally intelligent way. This allows me to both formulate the right research questions and to get to the bottom of where the answers lie, no matter the context. I played a pivotal role in embedding research insights into the broader context of digital product development, global roll-out and strategy for an international client. I am skilled at applying both qualitative and quantitative methodologies across the stages of Design Thinking. I have delivered impactful Generative research as well as informing complex designs through Prototype Testing studies. I found joy in the opportunity to engage collaboratively with a diverse team including researchers, designers, product owners, and stakeholders. My research has resulted in powerful insights that empowered conversations around strategy and that significantly influenced product outcomes.
