I enjoy to connect with people, and you may have seen me presenting at major AWS events like re:Invent, re:Inforce, or one of the AWS Summits, where I love breaking down complex topics in a way that really clicks.Before that, I was a Cloud Support Engineer solving mission-critical problems for customers—earning consistently excellent feedback along the way.
