Leading the Welding, Power and Control Business Unit (CSS Isotek Ltd.) within Connector Subsea Solutions (CSS) and part of the CSS Group Management Team. Specialising in the development and delivery of advanced welding systems, power electronics and distribution, software and control solutions for subsea oil and gas and other high integrity, high criticality applications.Holding complete profit & loss responsibility. Preparing and executing approved budgets and action plans including reporting according to Group requirements. Delivering strategy development, implementation and follow-up of the through action planning and alignment with the strategy process of the CSS Group. Leading the development of a highly competent, effective and present local management team. Overall responsibility for all personnel including full HR responsibility for the Business Unit.Driving business development and delivering sales though solid customer relationships with new and existing customers and close collaborations. Working across customers and markets to drive innovation and technology development to ensure a balanced, robust and sustainable sales funnel.Managing and supporting a high focus on effective project management and cost control through individual projects. Building KPI\'s to ensure the various business and activity areas have the necessary control systems for their respective activities. Preparation and monitoring of facility budget and action plans. Establishing and managing all Business Unit operations including developing and maintaining an effective work environment, office and production facilities.Leading and facilitating the required monitoring, compliance and improvement of quality, environmental and health and safety management within the applicable legal and ISO requirements. Championing an ethos of continuous improvement throughout the business with a focus on professional and personal development.
